Interview
It’s important for us to find our new colleagues. And it’s equally important to us that you get to meet the team you’ll be working with.
Our recruitment process usually comprises 3 stages. However, please note that the process may vary slightly depending on the position in question.
- A video interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 mins)
- A video interview with a team member/the hiring manager, incl. a skills test or case study (60 mins)
- A trial day or final video interview with a team member/the hiring manager (60 mins or more)
Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
All interviews are conducted in English unless there is a second language requirement, in which case portions of the interview may be conducted in the respective second language. Please note: Our working language is English.
All interview processes will start with an online meeting held via Microsoft Teams. You will receive an invitation link in your confirmation email.
Depending on the position, a final interview or trial day might be conducted on-site” as well.

Final decision
We’re looking for team members who will help us grow for many years to come, so we take the time to study all your information in detail. The final decision will be based on many different factors – including your pioneering spirit!
You can generally expect a final decision within 2 weeks of the final interview.
